Return and Refund Policy

Because our products are food items, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

All coffee products are final sale for health and safety reasons.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@plaincoffeeco.com with your order number and photos of the issue.

We will review the situation and, when applicable, offer a replacement, store credit, or refund.

Please do not send any product back without contacting us first. Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong product, contact us immediately at info@plaincoffeeco.com so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
