At Plain Coffee Co., we prepare and dispatch orders as quickly as possible.
Orders placed on business days are typically dispatched on the same day after payment is confirmed.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be dispatched on the next business day.
Shipping locations
We currently ship within Canada.
Shipping rates and delivery options are calculated and displayed at checkout, based on the delivery address and the shipping method selected.
Delivery times
Delivery times may vary depending on the destination, carrier, weather conditions, holidays, or other factors outside of our control.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information, when available.
